Arizona Corporation Commission:

Membership

The Committee consists of eleven members. Section 40-360.01 establishes the general makeup of the committee. Five positions are filled by officials from state agencies and six are filled by the Corporation Commission:

1. John Foreman, Esq., serves as the Attorney General's designee and, by statute, is the Committee Chair.

2. Trevor Baggiore is the designee for the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality.

3. Michael J. Lacey is the designee for the Department of Water Resources.

4. Jack Haenichen is the designee for the Director of the Energy Office of the Department of Commerce.

5. David Eberhart serves as the designee of the Chairman of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

6-11. Six members appointed by the Arizona Corporation Commission to each serve a term of two years:

a) Paul Walker (term expires 3/12/15) represents the general public;

b) Mike Palmer (term expires 3/12/15) represents the general public;

c) Patricia A. Noland (term expires 3/12/15) represents the general public;

d) David Richins, City of Mesa (term expires 3/12/15) represents incorporated cities and towns;

e) Sylvia Allen, Navajo County Supervisor (term expires 3/12/15) represents counties; and

f) Jeff McGuire (term expires 3/12/15) represents agricultural interests.
