Biennial Budget Request for FY 2012 and FY 2013

Thank you for your interest in reviewing the Arizona Corporation Commission's biennial budget request for FY 2012 and FY 2013. The ACC Budget Request is submitted to the Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budget (OSPB) on September 1st every year, and this year's Request was recently updated to clarify certain information.

As this Budget Request utilizes the software provided by the OSPB, questions about the formatting of these pages should be referred to them. Numeric and narrative information contained within these pages are provided to assist the OSPB, the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, legislators and the Governor in recommending the operational and special line budgets for the Commission.

The Budget request has been broken into sections for ease in your review, covering the expenditure summary and details for the Commission as a whole and for the divisions of the ACC, as well as pertinent summaries of funding sources and uses of those funds, the Commission's rent and lease payments for the buildings it occupies,
and other budgetary information.

If you have a question about the content of the ACC Budget Request, please forward your request for information through the ACC Public Information Officer, Rebecca Wilder, at 602-542-0844 or email her at rwilder@azcc.gov.
