Payment information:
Pursuant to statute, all filing fees are NONREFUNDABLE. See A.R.S. §§ 10-122, 10-3122, 29-851.
A filing fee paid for one document cannot be transferred or applied to another document. For example, if you pay for articles of amendment then change your mind and want to file a statement of change, the filing fee for the articles of amendment cannot be transferred to or applied to the statement of change.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money orders, checks, and credit cards.
- Cash - do not mail cash. Cash may be used only for in-person submittals.
- Checks or money orders must be made payable to "Arizona Corporation Commission," with all words spelled out and no abbreviations. Please note that we will not accept checks that do not have an imprinted or preprinted name or address of the account holder on the check. For example, we will not accept temporary checks, such as those from a new account. We will accept checks drawn on non-U.S. banks as long as the check states that the funds are payable in U.S. dollars.
- Credit cards may be used for in-person submittals, and for online corporation annual reports, online name reservations, or online certificates of good standing. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also offer a money-on-deposit (MOD) account if you are a frequent filer. Click here for more information on MOD accounts.
