--View and search entity records.

--Electronically submit annual reports and name

   reservation applications.

--Obtain a certificate of good standing online.

--We will continue to accept documents by mail, fax, or in

   person.

--Electronic submission of additional document types will

begin about a week later.  Stay tuned!

Please do not call us about your corporation's annual report during this transition. No corporations will be marked delinquent for missing the annual report due date during the time the system is unavailable or online services are suspended because of this transition.

We will maintain regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on regular business days, and we will be accepting documents in person, by mail, and by fax during the transition. In addition, our website will remain operational, and we encourage customers to check it frequently for updates.

It is quite likely that our document processing times will increase in the few weeks before, during, and immediately after the transition to the new system. We are planning for this possibility, and we hope to minimize the impact to our customers. Our document processing times are posted on our website each Monday. We appreciate your patience as we convert to this new system.

We will post information on our website as more information becomes available. Our website will be up and running during the transition - it is the actual STARPAS system, which stores the entity records, that will be unavailable. Our website will continue to be the best source of ongoing information about the transition to the new system. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with respect to this transition.
