The Arizona Corporation Commission will host two public comment meetings in Phoenix and Tucson designed to gather public input into the Commission's recent settlement agreements with Arizona Public Service Company and Tucson Electric Power Company. Both settlement agreements address issues concerning the implementation of retail electric competition by the two utilities. |
