Over the last few days, the SLC Client Service Bureau has been experiencing an extremely high volume of calls. We recognize that many callers have waited for long periods of time and we apologize for any inconvenience these delays have caused. However, we want you to know that we are fully committed to providing as much assistance as possible and are working around the clock to minimize future delays. |

The SLC is doubling the client service staff at our call center to help respond to questions received by phone, fax and e-mail. Additionally, the SLC Client Service Bureau will be open on Saturday, April 11, from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. ET. |
